9. EFF Srce Slavonije (2012.)

O okviru Đakovačkih rezova, 29. lipnja 2012. godine, koje organizira istoimena udruga dodjelom Zlatnog srca Slavonije završen je 9. Međunarodni Etno film festival – Srce Slavonije. U staroj gradskoj jezgri u Đakovu (caffe bar Click), posjetitelji su mogli od 26. do 29. lipnja pogledati 22 izabrana naslova. Žiri u sastavu Tomo Vinšćak, predsjednik žirija, voditelj odsjeka etnologije i kulturne antropologije Filozofskog fakulteta u Zagrebu, Ivo Gregurević, poznati hrvatski glumac, Robert Tomić Zuber, poznati novinar i urednik te dva predstavnika domaćina i autori brojnih nagrađivanih filmova, Željko Germovšek i Damir Tomić dodijeliti su nagrade u kategoriji Zlatno, Srebrno i Brončano Srce Slavonije.

Zlatno srce Slavonije osvojila je tužna armenska priča The Last Tightrope Dancer in Armenia (Posljednji plesač na užetu u Armeniji), redateljice Yulie Grigoryants u produkciji  Bars Media documentary film studio, nastala 2009./2010. godine. Srebrno srce Slavonije osvojio je belgijsko-pakistanski film The Kingdom of Mister Edhi (Kraljevstvo gospodina Edhia), nastao 2011. godine u produkciji  43 Films, redateljice Amelie Saillez. Brončano srce osvojila je isto žena, domaća redateljica Ljiljana Mandić sa filmom Korizma u Rogotinu iz 2012. godine u produkciji HRT-HTV.

Specijalno Srce Slavonije osvojio je izvrsni peruanski film My Land (Moja zemlja), redatelja Jasona Burlagea iz 2010. godine. Zbog velikog broja filmova pristiglih na natječaj za Srce Slavonije i iznimne kvalitete filmova žiri je odlučio dodijeliti i tri posebne nagrade; belgijskom filmu Himself he cooks (Kad volonteri kuhaju) iz 2011. godine u produkciji Polymorfilms redateljice Valerie Berteau, Swimming in space (Tapkanje na mjestu), redateljice Anne Mbiye Katshunga iz 2011. godine, njemačko – kongoanske koprodukcije i domaćem filmu Ive Kuzmanića iz 2011. godine Etnoforenzičari: Kak se dela delanec u produkciji HRT-HTV.

Posebno zanimljivo je to što su muške snage žirija, 5 od ukupno 7 nagrada dodijelili ženama redateljicama.

Winners

On June 29th 2012 was the finale of the 9th International Ethno Film Festival – The heart of Slavonia as a part of the Djakovacki rezovi in organization of Djakovacki rezovi association, which ended with the awarding of the Golden Heart of Slavonia. In the old city in Djakovo (Click cafe), visitors were able to view the 22 selected titles from June 26 to 29. The jury- Tomo Vinšćak, president of the jury, head of the Department of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology, Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb, Ivo Gregurević, a famous Croatian actor, Robert Tomić Zuber, a famous journalist and editor, and two representatives of the host and authors of numerous award-winning films– Željko Germovšek and Damir Tomić awarded the prize in the category Gold, Silver and Bronze Heart of Slavonia.

The sad Armenian story The Last Tightrope Dancer in Armenia directed by Yulia Grigoryants, produced by Bars Media Documentary Film Studio, created 2009. /2010. won the Golden Heart of Slavonia, the Silver heart of Slavonia went to the Belgian-Pakistani film The Kingdom of Mister Edhi, produced by 43 Films in 2011, directed by Amelie Saillez. The Bronze Heart also went to a woman, Ljiljana Mandić, a local director with the film Singing Lent in Rogotin from 2012, produced by HRT-HTV.

A Special Heart of Slavonia as awarded to the excellent Peruvian film My Land, directed by Jason Burlagea in 2010. Due to the large number of films submitted in the competition for the Heart of Slavonia and the exceptional quality of the films, the jury awarded three special awards to:  the Belgian film Himself he Cooks from the 2011, produced by Polymorfilms and directed by Valerie Berteau, Swimming in Space, directed by Anne Mbiye Katshunga from 2011, a German – Congolese production, and to the domestic film by Ivo Kuzmanić from 2011- Ethnoforensics: Working the wine, a HRT-HTV production.

Particularly interesting is that the all-male jury awarded 5 out of 7 prizes to women directors.
